Cris Taylor - Owner / President

Cris Taylor started his police career as an Ocean City Seasonal
police officer in 1994 and 1995 while also working as a security
officer at PRMC for the two years. Cris was assigned to the
Community Policing Unit and patrol for both summers.

Then Cris was hired by Salisbury City Police Department in
1995. While working with SPD Cris was assigned to patrol, Zero
Task Force (which was responsible for street level drug crimes)
and served on Salisbury’s SWAT unit. Cris then went to work for
Ocean City full time in 2001; Cris was assigned to patrol and the
transit unit, working plains clothes.  

Cris then made another jump to the Wicomico County Sheriff’s
Dept in 2003 where he currently assigned to States Attorney's
Office as their Investigator.

Cris is also very active with local FOP Lodge 111.

Rob Smith - Sales

Rob Smith worked for the Ocean City Police
department as a seasonal cadet in 2000.
He was assigned to the day watch sector and this
is where he began his journey into law
enforcement.

Rob returned to the Ocean City Police
Department in December of 2002, when he was
hired full time as a Police Cadet. During this time
he continued to learn and work toward his future
goal of becoming a police officer, and befriended
Valor owner Cris Taylor. Working with him till
December of 2004, he was then accepted to the
Eastern Shore Criminal Justice Academy
for the Ocean Pines Police Department. After a
few years at Ocean Pines Rob went to work for
Princess Anne Police Department, where he
currently works on the patrol division.
Dave Adams - Sales

David Adams is an eight year veteran of the US Army and an OIF I
veteran.  Upon finishing his tour in Iraq, he decided to pursue his goal
in law enforcement.  David started his career as a seasonal officer
with the Ocean City Police Department in 2004 and returned again in
2005.  

In 2006 David was hired by the Ocean Pines Police Department and
attended the Eastern Shore Criminal Justice Academy 57th session
where he graduated with academic excellence honors.  David
currently works for the Ocean Pines Police Department patrol
division.

graphics for Valor. Josh has designed a lot
of signs for the store and is currently
learning more and more about web design.
